Craig Hyne was the sales consultant who worked with us and sold our home. It was a difficult market and he offered sound advice. We ended up moving out of town however Craig continued to monitor our property and even organised to have a few of the rooms painted in an attempt to sell the property. This ended up being the difference with an offer being placed on the property shortly after the painting. There were many other ways in which Karen and Craig helped us sell our property including organising someone to fix a leak in the dishwasher, as well as cleaning up the mess from the leak, pulling out old carpets and fixing a leak from the airconditioner on the roof. They are an ethusiastic and energetic couple with strong links to the community through their extended families and children. Isabel and I have no hesitation in recommending Country Values Real Estate to our friends and family.
